Refund policy

Soully East accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
