- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team at soullyeast@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization code.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. Soully East is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
5. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
